We provide professional pet waste removal services for both dog owners and businesses such as HOAs, apartment complexes, dog parks, and commercial properties. Our team ensures outdoor spaces stay clean, safe, and waste-free with weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-a-week cleanups, as well as one-time deep cleanings.

3. How much does it cost?
Our pricing is based on service frequency and the number of dogs in your household:
One-time cleanup – Starting at $75
Weekly service – Starting at $15 per visit
Twice-a-week service – Starting at $12 per visit
Bi-weekly service – Starting at $20 per visit
We also offer discounts for new customers, veterans, and seniors. Contact us for a custom quote!

 
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple convenient payment methods, including cash, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. You can also set up an automatic monthly payment plan (billed monthly) for hassle-free service. For one-time cleanups, we accept Venmo or Zelle only.
 
5. What happens if my dog is in the yard during service?
For safety reasons, we ask that pets be inside the house or confined to another part of the yard while we clean. If your dog is comfortable with our team, you can let us know, and we’ll follow your preferred instructions.
 
6. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We work in most weather conditions, but if heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions prevent us from servicing your yard, we will reschedule your appointment and notify you in advance.
 
7. What if I need to reschedule or miss a cleaning?
No problem! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a scheduled cleaning, we can arrange a catch-up visit at the next available time.
 
8. How do you ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
We take hygiene very seriously! Our team wears gloves and sanitizes all tools between visits to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs. Waste is disposed of properly, ensuring a clean and safe environment for you and your pets.
 
9. Do you offer discounts for new customers?

10. Do you offer long-term service plans?
Yes! We offer flexible plans for weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-a-week visits to keep your yard consistently clean. Most customers prefer weekly or twice-a-week service to prevent buildup and maintain a fresh yard.
 
11. Do I need to provide a trash bin for disposal?
By default, we dispose of waste in your trash bin. If you prefer us to haul it away, we offer waste removal for an additional $3 per visit. Just let us know your preference!
 
12. What do I need to do after the service?
Nothing at all! Once we finish, your yard will be clean and poop-free. If you have any feedback or special requests, we’re always happy to accommodate.
 
13. What if I notice a spot was missed?
We guarantee a 100% satisfaction policy! If we miss anything, contact us, and we will return at no extra charge to fix it.
